Potential Kitchen Disaster of the Day

It’s the weekend. Here in Brooklyn, NY it’s 85 degrees. I don’t know about you, but the idea of cooking tonight makes me want to sob uncontrollably. So I thought I’d give you lovely lovelies a recipe for a sweet, calorie-filled, chocolate-y, frozen drink of wonderfulness.

½ oz vanilla flavored vodka
½ oz Irish cream
½ oz coffee flavored liquor
½ oz dark creme de cacao
chocolate syrup
milk or half and half
ice(about half a blender for 1 drink)

If you have some left over coffee, what the hell? Throw it in there. Put it all in a blender. Blend the crap out of it til smooth. If you have a hurricane glass, serve it in that. Because it’s purdy. If not, it taste delicious either way.

Pro tip- The trick to a nice, smooth & creamy frozen drink is to not over fill or under fill the blender. What I mean is, put the ice in first. All of the liquid you’re going to use should just cover the ice. If it doesn’t, add a bit more liquid(preferably liquor). If it’s too much liquid, just add more ice.
